The primary purpose of our "Specific Request" option is to accommodate the Loan Servicer's need for a focused and timely response.  Our response to a Specific Request may be in the form of either:

     a)     A letter report with exhibits attached, or

     b)     Included as an addendum to our typical Commercial Property Inspection Report format described herein.

Specific Request(s) for on-site underwriting diligence include, but are not limited to, tasks that must be performed, observed, or obtained on-site such as;
